Humphreys made these in Philadelphia about 1790. They measure 9 inches in length and weigh10 Ounces 18 Dwt. Each spoon has a beautiful shell to the back and very nice bright cut design on the front. His address was 54 High Street in Philly from 1786 – 1791. The spoons are initialed RP for the original owner . These spoons were lovingly cared, for over 200 years, as the shells and bright cut designs show virtually no wear. They are in fabulous condition for you to use or display.
