Description

This lovely creamer was made by Abraham Carlisle in Philadelphia circa 1785. It features a double bellied body, fine beading and a scroll handle accented with spurs and a notched thumb grip. It stands 5 inches tall and weighs 4 Oz. 10 Dwt. His work can be seen in the Yale University Art Gallery and the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
