Wonderful silver beaker by Basset Nichols. This was made in Providence, Rhode Island circa 1815. It measures 3 1/8 inches tall and weighs 3 Oz. 16 Dwt. The anchor, star and portrait are pseudo markings. Sotheby’s sold a set of 4 in January 2005 for $6000.
