Description

Beautiful sugar made by the great Thomas Fletcher and Sidney Gardiner in Philadelphia circa 1815. Fletcher and Gardiner were responsible for many of the great commemorative silver pieces in the early nineteenth century. This wonderful piece of silver weighs 32 Ounce 1 Dwt. and stands 8 1/2 inches tall to the top of the acorn finial.
