Description

Charming sugar by John Sayre. He worked in Southhampton and New York. From 1802 through 1811 He was partners with Thomas Richards. This sugar was made in New York in the 1790’s. It has lovely engraving and a smart pineapple finial. It measures 8 inches in width across the handles and also 8 inches in height to the top of the pineapple. It weighs 16 Oz. 6 Dwt.
