Description

This wonderful silver cann was made by Joseph Richardson, Sr. in Philadelphia circa 1750. His marks to the side of the handle are bold and impressed twice, as is not uncommon. The foliate initials on the front of the cann would have been for the original owner. It measures 5 1/4″ tall and weighs 11 oz. 14 Dwt. Sold
