Nice federal style sugar urn from very late 18th century Philly. The Philadelphia Museum of Art, Yale University Art Gallery and the Met all have examples of his work. the urn weighs 13 Oz. 12 Dwt. and measures 10 1/4 inches to the top of the finial. Lovely miniature beading and nicely etched with leaves. The plaque was never monogrammed. SOLD
