Description
A pair of stuffing spoons by Maltby Pelletreau. He was the son of Elias Pelletreau Jr. and the grandson of Elias Pelletreau Sr. These probably date from 1812-1818 as he had partners for most of his career. Lovely spoons, they measure 11 1/4 inches in length and weigh 7 Oz. They would have been made in New York and bear typical spurious English marks including the lion passant walking right.
