This beautiful cann is by William Homes, Sr. It was made in Boston circa 1775. The MB owner’s initials in script appear contemporary and show above a wonderfully engraved lion and below that, a helmeted man’s head. The cann stands 5 1/4 inches tall and weighs 10 Oz. 16 Dwt. Sold
