Description

This beautiful huge colonial spoon was made for stuffing turkey or goose. It measures 12 1/4 inches and weighs 2 oz. 18 dwt. It was made about 1770 in New York by John Heath. He worked on Wall Street and his wealthy clients would only buy the best. The fine feathering on the edges make this piece a show off. The spoon is in excellent condition. Colonial stuffing spoons such as this are quite rare and highly collectible.
