Nathaniel Coleman was a Quaker silversmith in Burlington, NJ, He made this circa 1830.Inscribed on the bottom ” Rebecca Darby Smith”, presumably for the first owner. Quite possibly a beloved daughter. The boat measures 5 1/2 inches over the handle and weighs 2 Oz. 1 Dwt.
